Kore Fitness has moved to new training grounds

Kore Fitness has relocated to Canberra’s newest training facility STOCKADE TRAINING CENTRE in Dickson.

For the first time in Canberra, Kore Fitness together with Stockade are providing regular weekly Kettlebell sessions to the general public.

Kettlebells sessions run weekly on the following days at Stockade:

  • Tuesday -  6pm to 7pm
  • Friday -  6pm to 7pm
  • Saturday - 10am to 11am

KETTLEBELL WORKSHOP - 13 November 2011

Our next workshop for 2011 will be held on Sunday 13 November 2011 with special guest trainer Giorgio Rojas from Sydney who is certified by the International Kettlebell Fitness Federation (IKFF) and the World Kettlebell Club (WKC).

This workshop will be based on the Kettlebell Sport style of training and is suitable for all fitness levels and ages.

The workshop will cover the essentials to basic kettlebell training, focusing on technique and safety.

  • Joint mobility
  • Kettlebell safety
  • Benefits of Kettlebell training
  • The swing, clean & snatch
  • The jerk and long cycle clean and jerk and their variations.
  • How to combine exercises to create a suitable program.

Kettlebell Workshops by request

By special request Kore Fitness is now able to host Kettlebell Workshops from the comfort of its home studio in Dunlop for smaller groups.  These workshops will run for a maximum of 3 hours depending on the group size .

The workshops will cover the following:

· Joint mobility

· Kettlebell safety

· Benefits of kettlebell training

· The swing, clean & snatch

· The jerk and the long cycle clean and jerk and their variations

· How to combine exercises to create a suitable program
