Russian Kettlebell Training (RKT) delivers an extreme all-round fitness workout like no other single tool. This unique Russian training method is able to replace other conventional fitness equipments such as, barbells, dumbbells, medicines balls, grip devices and cardio equipment.
What is a Kettlebell?
A Kettlebell is best described as a cannon ball with a handle on top, which comes in various different weight sizes from as small as 4kg to as massive as 64kg.
The Kettlebell dates back as far as 1704 in Russia and was used by western strongmen and athletes, however its popularity faded and was replaced with a variety of largely pointless exercise machines.
The kettlebell revival was initiated in 1998 and people from all walks of life have rediscovered the kettlebell and are used by police, military personnel, housewives, firefighters, school students, athletes, martial artists and senior citizens. It is now even used by famous Hollywood celebrities such as Jessica Biel, Salma Hayak, Scarlett Johanson and was one of the primary training tools for the cast of the movie 300.

Testimonials
I am one of a small group undertaking Kore fitness training with Zamar Rojas. For the past 10 months I have been attending kettlebell training sessions twice a week and have achieved marked improvement in my personal fitness. More specifically, my flexibility and my endurance have dramatically increased; I feel more revitalised and am thrilled at my weight loss. Zamar is a very skilled and qualified trainer with wide experience in core fitness and particular expertise in Russian kettlebell training. He varies the session workouts, paces the group well and is always encouraging of us to reach our potential. I highly recommend these group sessions to anyone wanting to enhance their overall fitness and sense of wellbeing.

Working with Zamar has greatly improved my strength and flexibility. While his training routines have a core element, he has additional routines which vary from week to week and his sessions are never boring.
